Business Architect (IOT and AI)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Architect with a strong focus on technology business development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both business operations and ICT systems, enabling them to develop and drive strategies that align with our clients' goals. The Business Architect will play a critical role in identifying emerging technologies and transforming these into new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of these solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Define, review, analyse, evaluate ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new products, new technologies and business models for the Customer business.
• Identify potential customers and lead the customer engagement through a business-focused approach.
• Engage in a high-degree of interaction with customer business leaders and relevant stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
• Involve various internal members - Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Client Managers in customer engagement.
• Engage with technology partners for business solutions roadmap.
• Continuously acquire knowledge on latest technologies, skills, certifications and experiences in line with business architecture model.
• Build credibility and rapport with Customer business and technology partner teams.
• Establish long-term relationships with customers as a trusted advisor.
• Cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Responsible for lead generation, proposal reviews, follow-up, negotiation and closing deals along with Client Managers.
• Business Development of new category solutions or products, establishing sales funnel through Client Managers and driving the sales.

• Diploma/Graduate in Computer Engineering preferably IT/Electronics and Communication.
• MBA/PG is preferred.

• Minimum 5-8 years experience preferably in a Business Development role.
• Should have experience in Private/Public Cloud, Managed Service, Big Data, IoT and related technologies.

• Business acumen in preparing costing sheets, NPV, proposals, ROI calculations, OPEX models.
• Understanding of architecture frameworks, ITIL, ISO 9001, ROI, TCO, NPV, Hurdle rate.
