Business Architect (ICT)

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Architect with a strong focus on technology business development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both business operations and ICT systems, enabling them to develop and drive strategies that align with our clients' goals. The Business Architect will play a critical role in identifying emerging technologies and transforming these into new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of these solutions.

Job Responsibilities

1. Define, review, analyse, evaluate ideas, projects and opportunities to develop new products, new technologies and business models for the Customer business.
2. Identify potential customers and lead the customer engagement through a business-focused approach.
3. Involve in a high degree of interaction with customer business leaders and relevant stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
4. Involve various internal members - Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Client Managers in customer engagement.
5. Engage with technology partners for business solutions roadmap.
6. Continuously acquire knowledge on latest technologies, skills, certifications and experiences in line with business architecture model.
7. Build credibility and rapport with Customer business and technology partner team.
8. Establish long-term relationship with customer as a trusted advisor.
9. Cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
10. Responsible for lead-generation, proposal reviews, follow-up, negotiation and closing deals along with Client Managers.
11. Business Development of new category.

Qualifications

1. Diploma/Graduate in Computer engineering preferably IT/Electronics and Communication.
2. MBA/PG is preferred.

Experience

1. Minimum 5-8 years experience preferably in a Business Development role.
2. Should have experience in Private/Public Cloud, Managed Service, Big Data, IoT and related technologies.

Knowledge & Skills

1. With business acumen in preparing costing sheets, NPV, proposals, ROI calculations, OPEX models.
2. Understanding of architecture frameworks, ITIL, ISO 9001, ROI, TCO, NPV, Hurdle rate.
