Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst specializing in Wealth and Asset Management (WAM) and Cash Management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, optimizing processes, and supporting the implementation of financial technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for WAM & Cash Management solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and financial analysts, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
3. Define and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
4. Develop functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
5. Conduct gap analysis between current and future state business models.
6. Assist in system implementation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-implementation support.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in WAM and Cash Management.
8. Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and enhancements.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Bachelors degree in finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically in Wealth and Asset Management and Cash Management.
3. Strong knowledge of banking operations, treasury functions, and cash flow forecasting.
4. Experience with financial technology platforms and banking systems.
5. Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Professional certifications such as CBAP, CFA, or relevant financial technology certifications.
2. Experience working with Agile methodologies.
3. Prior experience in a consulting environment or financial technology firm.
