Job Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
2. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
3. Work with different IT Support Teams in Mashreq and other departments to create technical field level mapping sheets for implementation of solutions and ensure they align with business goals.
4. Create detailed documentation of Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), Technical Data Mapping Sheets and Processes.
5. Must have working experience with Mashreq Technology stake.
6. Preferred Technical Business Analyst, who has hands-on experience with SQL, Hadoop, and RDBMS.
7. Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
8. Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements.
9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
