Position: Risk Business Analyst Treasury
Location: Onsite Dubai

Are you an experienced Risk Business Analyst with a strong background in Middle Office Treasury and large-scale Treasury Transformation projects? We have an exciting onsite opportunity in Dubai for a skilled professional who can drive business analysis and risk management strategies in a dynamic environment.

Key Skills & Experience Required:

• 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience with 5-7 years specifically in Risk Business Analysis
• Proven expertise in Middle Office Treasury functions
• Hands-on experience with Market Risk Collateral and Limit Management
• Knowledge of Murex, T24, or FinMechanics is a plus
• Strong understanding of Treasury financial products
• Experience in UAT execution & workflow platforms (QC, Azure, etc.)
• Proficiency in PSQL or similar query languages
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct business requirement analysis and assess the feasibility of upgrades
• Support the design, development, and implementation of customer-facing solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and change management teams
• Ensure documentation and deliverables align with defined standards
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to enhance risk frameworks
