Job Summary
Our client is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join the Event Venue Operations/Projects Team. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate construction project goals and objectives, acting as a vital link between the end-user team and the development team. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication, gather requirements, and ensure that the final deliverables align with user needs and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with end-users to identify and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the end-user team and the development team, facilitating discussions and ensuring all parties are aligned.
- Analysis and Documentation: Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and requirements, creating clear specifications for the development team.
- Testing and Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing to validate that solutions meet the specified requirements and support end-user needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within real estate construction projects, providing recommendations based on user feedback.
- Project Support: Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring that user requirements are prioritized and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the real estate or construction industry.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate construction processes and relevant software tools, including project management and data analysis software.
- Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, fostering a cooperative environment.
