This position reports to

IS Service Owner

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the continual service improvement process. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI Hybrid. This role contributes to the Process Automation Business of Process Control Platform Division in Bangalore.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Primary PLM Windchill solution owner for productization processes
• Act as one of the main points of contact for PCP business with respect to PLM linked processes
• Work with Application managers for applications supporting Productization processes
• Guide support and project teams on improvement of PCP Windchill solution for all relevant functions (R&D, PPM, others)
• Consulted by other teams in enhancing the overall solution architecture for PLM linked processes at PCP and PA level

Qualifications for the Role

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Strong knowledge of go-to-market process solutions
• Strong knowledge in PTC Windchill
• Strong experience in defining and driving IT projects for R&D, proven project management skills
• Strong experience of business connections between applications (e.g. API, Biz Talk etc.)
• Ability to actively drive roadmaps, related projects, and maintenance tasks
• Experience with managing virtual teams, driving projects, and understanding the demands of large and globally distributed R&D teams
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Hands-on experience in leading IT platforms for R&D (PLM-Windchill, ALM-Azure DevOps, CAD etc.) will be an advantage
