THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Analyst Intern to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive deep into the world of business analysis and make a tangible impact. As an intern, you'll be at the heart of our operations, engaging directly with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyze data to support key decisions, and create detailed business documentation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requirements Gathering: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document requirements from stakeholders and customers.
• Business Analysis: Perform detailed analysis to identify business needs, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data to support business decisions and uncover insights that drive improvements.
• Documentation: Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and business use cases.
• Communication: Effectively communicate requirements and analysis results to technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure that their requirements are met while managing their expectations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in Business Intelligence (BI) and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Customer-facing experience or aptitude with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
• Proactive communicator with the ability to convey ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Sales-oriented approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
• Excellent listening skills, ensuring thorough understanding of stakeholder requirements.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong presentation skills, capable of delivering clear and impactful presentations to various audiences.
