Business Analyst (Financial)

We are looking for a Business Analyst to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will focus on evaluating financial performance, forecasting future trends, conducting cost-benefit analysis, and recommending actions to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

1. Develop budgets, forecasts & financial models aligned with company goals
2. Identify cost-saving opportunities & recommend profitability improvements
3. Prepare financial reports & dashboards with actionable insights for management
4. Identify financial risks & support mitigation planning
5. Track key financial & operational KPIs and update stakeholders
6. Support strategic financial planning & executive decision-making through analysis
7. Conduct scenario analysis & build financial models to support planning
8. Analyze financial data, trends & variances to support strategic decisions
9. Present financial findings & recommendations to leadership teams

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:

1. 3+ years in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management.
2. Exposure to business performance tracking and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
2. Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel & financial software
3. Attention to detail and accuracy
4. Ability to develop and track financial KPIs

Knowledge:
