Business Analyst - Core Banking

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst / Technical Consultant to join our team in supporting the migration of core-banking systems across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless data integration between Flexcube and downstream finance systems, while maintaining financial accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. BRD Creation for Flexcube Migration:
   Collaborate with stakeholders to create the Business Requirements Document (BRD) for the migration, focusing on identifying and documenting critical data points that need to be transferred from Flexcube to downstream finance systems.
2. Data Testing & Financial Reconciliation:
   Conduct thorough testing of data points to ensure they flow correctly from Flexcube to the downstream systems.
   Perform financial reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of transactions and reports post-migration.
3. Report Development & Query Management:
   Develop custom SQL queries using Oracle SQL to support the generation of reports and assist in troubleshooting during the migration.
   Leverage PLSQL and Oracle SQL to create data-driven reports and ensure seamless migration with accurate reporting.
4. Technical Support:
   Work closely with the technical team to support migration and business intelligence requirements.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Experience in Core Banking Systems Migration:
   Proven experience with core banking system migrations, particularly from T24 to Flexcube. Familiarity with Flexcube modules such as CL (Corporate Loans), CASA (Current Accounts, Savings Accounts), TD (Term Deposits), and EOD (End of Day).
2. SQL & PL/SQL Expertise:
   Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for querying, report development, and data management during the migration process.
3. Data Testing & Financial Reconciliation:
   Solid experience in data testing and financial reconciliation processes to ensure smooth data flow and reporting accuracy.
4. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
   Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in data integration, migration, and reporting.
5. Good Communication Skills:
   Excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders across different regions and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
2. Previous experience working with financial institutions or in core banking environments.
3. Knowledge of T24 and Flexcube is highly desirable.
