Business Analyst

Our client is a well-established and reputed European MNC based in Dubai. They are looking for a Business Analyst to support their growing operations. The ideal candidate will need to have SAP and Power BI experience and should have experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. The company offers a decent and stable working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Play a key role in the planning process: monthly/quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
2. Lead the preparation and animate the MBR's to assess financial performance. Analyse financial performance against forecasts and budgets, identifying trends, variances and opportunities for improvement.
3. Reporting & follow-up on sales figures, costs, FTE and margin.
4. Track, control and report on expenditures (OPEX).
5. Monitor business KPI's.
6. Perform financial analytics to support decision making and strategic planning.
7. Suggest and implement improvements for internal finance processes and practices.
8. Provide functional finance support to Sales, Operations, Supply Chain.
9. Identify and develop Power BI reports to support the needs of the business.
10. Develop and manage budget plans, ensuring alignment with the organizational goals.
11. Develop and manage relationships with relevant business partners.
12. Participate in special projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Master/bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Admin.
2. Proven experience in financial management and performance analysis.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
4. SAP, Power BI & Microsoft Office.
5. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a business analysis role.
6. Customer oriented.
