Business Analyst

Reporting directly to the Commercial Leader, this role is instrumental in bridging the gap between customer requirements and technical solutions, ensuring the delivery of innovative Web3 blockchain payment solutions that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis:

• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand and document their business needs and technical requirements for blockchain payment solutions.
• Use structured methodologies, including interviews, workshops, and stakeholder meetings, to elicit detailed requirements.
• Serve as a key technical liaison to customers, building trust and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Actively gather and address client feedback to refine solutions and processes.
• Support other client needs upon closing of sales cycles, up to and beyond go-live.

Translation to Technical Requirements:

• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technical teams.
• Work closely with developers, ensuring that delivered solutions align with customer expectations and organizational objectives.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, workflows, and process diagrams.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Industry Awareness:

• Maintain a strong understanding of Web3 and blockchain payment trends to guide informed decision-making and contribute to innovative solution design.

Candidate Profile

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in requirements gathering for Web3 and blockchain payment solution vendors.
• At least 3 years in a customer-facing technical role, with demonstrated success in managing client interactions and expectations.

Skills and Competencies:

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to distill complex customer needs into actionable technical insights.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in developing workflows, process maps, and use cases.
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and creating functional specifications.
