Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze Profit & Loss statements.
- Identify financial performance drivers and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Brand and accounting teams for accurate financial reporting.
- Conduct business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards.
- Support strategic planning and operational decisions with data-driven insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing business strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Lead and participate in projects to improve business processes.
- Liaise with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Chartered Accountants (CA) are preferred.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role; GCC experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and financial principles.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
