Business Analyst

BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as facilitating communication between business stakeholders and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and research
• Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions
• Perform business process modeling and workflow analysis to identify areas for improvement
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirement documents, user stories, and test cases
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to ensure software solutions meet business requirements
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery
  
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong documentation and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
