Business Analyst

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support new projects, system implementations, or process improvements.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT teams and other relevant departments.
• Evaluate current business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for process optimization.
• Conduct data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs and objectives.
• Participate in the testing and validation of new systems or solutions to ensure they align with business requirements.
• Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of new processes or technologies within the organization.
• Monitor and track project progress, provide status updates, and identify potential risks or issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in IT.
• Strong understanding of business processes and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, SQL).
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
