What Does Your Hattan Journey Look Like

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Strategy Head to identify and develop new business ideas and innovations. Your insights and analyses will drive our growth and help shape our strategic direction.

Market Research & Analysis

1. Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and the competitive landscape.
2. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Strategic Planning

1. Assist in formulating business plans and strategic initiatives.
2. Evaluate new business opportunities, assessing feasibility and impact.
3. Develop financial models and forecasts to support business cases.

Innovation & Ideation

1. Generate and propose new business concepts and innovative solutions.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to refine and validate new ideas.

Project Management

1. Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth execution of strategic projects.
2. Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
3. Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
4. Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Stakeholder Engagement

1. Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and align on strategic goals.
2. Facilitate meetings to drive collaboration and innovation.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2. 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
7. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
