Job Description :

1. Experience with business process modelling, workflow analysis, and use case development.
2. Work as a liaison among business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse, communicate, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, information, and information systems.
3. Strong ability to analyze and interpret data and ability to prioritize and organize effectively.
4. Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment and remains informed of technology advances being made and proposed in airline industry that could add to the company’s services and improve flydubai’s efficiency.
5. Minimum 3 years of airline domain experience is a must, along with certifications like product owner and experience in agile methodology.
