What you’ll Do?

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and systems.
• Analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and develop solutions to optimize operations.
• Document requirements ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams.
• Assist with project planning and execution, ensuring projects meet deadlines and deliver value.
• Gain exposure to various enterprise systems, potentially including ERP and industry-specific systems.

Who You Are:

• You have a Bachelor's degree from a reputed school with high grades.
• Eager to learn and develop expertise in enterprise systems and business analysis best practices.
• You are a skilled communicator, adept at managing client interactions, keeping stakeholders informed, and good at sensing concerns.
• A detail-oriented multi-tasker with a ability to focus on quality, accuracy, timeliness and effectiveness.
• A passionate advocate for proactive preparations, readiness assessments, and clear & objective reporting

The Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess:

• International exposure and have previous work experience.
• Preferably, you also are a post graduate and/or may have invested in various learnings or certifications.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively under pressure
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
• Willing to invest in learning opportunities and sponsored training courses
