Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement incentive structures tailored to diverse roles, locations, and employee grades.
2. Analyze performance metrics to set achievable targets and determine incentive rollouts aligned with business goals.
3. Evaluate financial data, including Top Line, Bottom Line, Net Profit, and Gross Profit, to inform profit and loss (P&L) reporting.
4. Provide insights on cost and revenue drivers and their impact on financial outcomes.
5. Collaborate with senior management to identify and execute strategic initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiencies.
6. Develop annual operating plans and provide regular updates on progress toward business objectives.
7. Generate daily sales performance reports and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
8. Maintain KPIs, prepare dashboards for executive management, and monitor trends.
9. Understand the core business functions and contribute ideas for growth and process improvement.
10. Support cross-departmental projects, fostering collaboration to achieve common objectives.
11. Design and maintain interactive dashboards to present performance metrics, trends, and key insights to the management team.
12. Analyze data and translate it into meaningful recommendations and business strategies.
13. Proactively suggest new initiatives and solutions to address evolving business needs.
14. Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities for business enhancement.
15. Engage with various departments to streamline processes and enhance cross-functional efficiency.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field; MBA is a plus.
2. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment.
3. Strong understanding of financial metrics, P&L, and strategic planning.
4. Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel.
5. Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
