Job Title: Business Analyst - Cards Platform

Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi (Only local candidates)

Experience: 4-6 years (Banking Domain Only)

Budget: Up to 16K AED

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst (BA) - Cards Platform with expertise in Card Operations & Card Management (Credit & Debit Cards). The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and conducting data analysis to enhance card operations within the banking sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to card operations and management.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless implementation of solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to optimize card operations.
• Conduct detailed data analysis to support decision-making and enhance card services.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of business needs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to card services.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases and validating system changes.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in Banking Domain with a strong focus on Card Operations & Card Management (Credit & Debit Cards).
• Proven expertise in working on Cards Platform solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex business requirements.
• Excellent documentation skills with experience in creating BRDs, Use Cases, and Process Flows.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams.
• Strong understanding of card transactions, processing, and risk management.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance related to cards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile & Waterfall methodologies is a plus.
