Job description

Job Responsibilities

  1. Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies.
  2. Communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  3. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and produce useful reports.
  4. Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  5. Collaborate with various departments to determine their scope and vision.
  6. Identify and establish scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
  7. Work closely with stakeholders e.g., client(s), managerial staff, and project team to prioritize collected requirements.
  8. Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
  9. Drive awareness of requirements across departments and identify substandard systems processes through evaluation of real-time data.
  10. Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to the project team.
  11. Perform requirement analysis by evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and recommending revised business processes.
  12. Develop and conduct peer reviews of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
  13. Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
  14. Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to team members working in design, production, projects, and other departments so that issues and solutions are understood.
  15. Perform any other work assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA or Cost and Management Accountant.
  2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  3. Must be a detailed planner and well versed with business analysis.
  4. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  5. Excellent documentation skills & advanced technical skills.
  6. Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  7. Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  8. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  9. Understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.
  10. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
  11. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
