The Business Analyst would be working closely with the Development teams and the Product & Business Function to identify and detail requirements into Product backlog.
This role would be part of the Scrum Team to ensure the requirements are clear and aligned in the Product Lifecycle. The key areas of focus for the Business Analyst would be:
Strengthening Stakeholder Relationship
Producing Business Requirements Documentation
Limiting the defects arising out of missing requirements
Recommending Process Improvements
Achieving KPIs for Requirements Quality
Objectives of this role:
Liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders for Requirements Elicitation
Understand the vision of the Product and the Roadmap. Convert the Roadmap into Team’s backlog with Epics, Features and User stories
Identify the Problem areas for Process improvements and Technical Debts.
Structure the solutioning to deliver the Desired outcomes
Maintain the JIRA board to align to the Scrum Teams and the Sprint cycles
Participate in Daily Scrum, Sprint planning, Refinement and Retrospection
Actively engage with the Development for Day-to day activities
Conduct Triage to identify bugs, new requests, and enhancements.
Perform User Acceptance Testing for the Requirements alignment
Assist the Operations Team with the queries
Assist in the Product planning and workflow visualization
Prepare process flows and process description documents
Perform industry research to be at par with the latest trends in the market

Hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline, with experience as Business Analyst / Business Consultant / Functional Analyst on projects and applications related Digital Payments
Possess functional knowledge related to Banking and Payments with global experience (preferred) and an understanding of industry best practices in the Payments domain
Are a dedicated individual having the drive to constantly learn and come up with new ideas
Have a passion for the Payments domain, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Are knowledgeable of Acquirer processing, Cards networks, schemes, Faster Payments, PSPs, alternative payment methods (preferred)
Are curious and keen to take on tough challenges, with the ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
Are experienced in agile methodologies and in identifying process improvement and digitisation opportunities driven by process gap studies
