Job Description Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining an effective document control system, preparing and submitting the project document control procedure, communication plan, and document numbering, etc.
Handling and controlling all project documents as per procedure. Receiving, checking, distributing, dispatching, filing, and controlling all the technical documents between the company, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
Maintaining an updated master submittal/incoming log, monitoring the schedule and status.
Providing weekly status of documentation summary report to the project team.
