Job Description

• Diagnose and repair complex automotive air conditioning systems, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Utilize specialized tools and equipment to conduct repairs, including vacuum pumps and refrigerant recovery machines.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as refrigerant recharges and system inspections to prevent potential issues.
• Stay updated on the latest automotive AC technology and refrigerants, adapting practices accordingly.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service staff to ensure a seamless workflow and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for transparency and accountability.
• Identify and source high-quality replacement parts, negotiating with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while handling refrigerants and other hazardous materials.
• Educate customers on proper maintenance practices for their AC systems to prolong lifespan and efficiency.
• Inspect and test electrical components related to the AC system, ensuring all connections are secure and functional.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates with vocational training in automotive technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in automotive air conditioning repair and maintenance.
• Certifications in HVAC or automotive AC systems, such as EPA certification, are highly desirable.
• Experience with both domestic and imported vehicles, showcasing versatility in handling various makes and models.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is a strong plus for effective communication with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure to diagnose issues accurately.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for troubleshooting AC systems efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every repair meets quality standards and customer expectations.
• Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and maintain satisfaction.
• Physical stamina and dexterity, capable of working in confined spaces and lifting heavy equipment as needed.
