Job Title - Broker Relations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Broker Relations Manager to lead and optimize our relationships with real estate brokers and agencies. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive broker engagement, negotiate high-value partnerships, and contribute significantly to the company's sales performance.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities

  1. Broker Network Development & Management:
    Build, nurture, and expand a high-performing broker network.
    Develop strategies to enhance broker engagement, loyalty, and productivity.
    Act as the primary liaison between the company and broker partners.
  2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
    Drive sales through strategic broker partnerships and collaborations.
    Set and monitor performance targets for broker-generated sales.
    Work closely with brokers to ensure consistent deal flow and revenue growth.
  3. Negotiation & Partnership Agreements:
    Define and negotiate commission structures and incentive programs.
    Establish clear contractual agreements with brokers, ensuring mutual benefits.
    Resolve broker-related disputes and challenges efficiently.
  4. Market Research & Competitive Strategy:
    Conduct in-depth market research to identify new broker opportunities.
    Monitor competitor broker engagement strategies and adapt accordingly.
    Stay updated on industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices.
  5. Reporting & Performance Analysis:
    Track broker sales performance and generate data-driven insights.
    Provide regular reports to management on broker contributions and market trends.
    Maintain a well-organized database of broker agreements, transactions, and commissions.
  6. Events & Marketing Coordination:
    Plan and execute broker networking events, training sessions, and promotional activities.
    Work with the marketing team to develop targeted broker outreach campaigns.
    Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and real estate expos.
  7. Compliance & Process Optimization:
    Ensure all broker activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
    Implement efficient processes for broker onboarding, training, and deal tracking.
    Continuously improve broker management systems and workflows.

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Broker Relations Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong track record of managing broker networks and driving sales through partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and brokerage operations.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and develop actionable insights.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
