Key Responsibilities

  3. Create and manage brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
  4. Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to develop and implement branding initiatives.
  5. Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with the brand's identity and messaging.
  6. Manage and enhance the company's online presence, including website, social media, and other digital platforms.
  7. Ensure the execution of proper brand guides across all social platforms, maintaining consistency in design and messaging.
  8. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  9. Plan and execute branding campaigns, events, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  10. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve branding strategies.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a related role.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding strategies.
  4. Experience working on branding projects and managing social media in terms of design and execution of brand guides.
  5. Strong understanding of brand management principles, marketing, and consumer behaviour.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  7. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative branding concepts.
  8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and branding tools.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  11. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
