What You'll Do

• Lead marketing campaigns across the business portfolio, ensuring strategic alignment and executional excellence.
• Manage the integration of marketing channels, such as performance marketing and social media, to align with overall business objectives and KPIs.
• Track, measure, and present campaign performance, implementing actionable insights for improvement.
• Oversee website and email communication for customer acquisition and retention.
• Manage offline marketing channels, including PR, OOH, DOOH, brochures, and events.
• Organize and execute events, ensuring they align with the brand's objectives.
• Line-manage a marketing executive, focusing on their professional growth and development.

Who You Are

• We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Marketing Specialist with the following qualifications and skills:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a B2C/B2B marketing environment, showcasing a proven track record in creative brand management and delivering marketing excellence.
• Mastery in crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, paired with confident presentation skills.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and problem-solving capabilities to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• A degree in Marketing or a related discipline that underpins your expertise.
• Experience managing both digital and offline marketing channels to create a cohesive brand narrative.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a passion for innovation and challenging traditional approaches to unlock better results.
