Job description

Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Develop and manage strategies, brand positioning, identity, and architecture.
Build initiatives that align with the company’s overall business goals and objectives.
Conduct research to gain insights into consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics. Identify key insights from the research to develop campaign strategies that address consumer needs and preferences. Determine the target audience, messaging, media channels, and tactics that will best resonate with the target audience.
Provide creative direction to agencies to ensure that all creative assets, such as campaigns, activations, and digital media align with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
Oversee the execution of the campaigns, ensuring that they are implemented on time, within budget, and with a high level of quality.
Manage the campaign budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI.
Develop promotional campaigns that align with the brand's overall strategy and objectives. Work closely with the digital teams to create compelling promotional materials, including sales promotions, social media promotions, and in-store promotions.
Develop concepts and ideas that communicate the City Centre's unique selling proposition and resonate with the target audience.
Develop a clear and concise brief that outlines the key objectives, target audience, messaging, creative direction, and channels for the campaign.
Ensure that all marketing materials, both digital and print, are consistent with the brand's tone, voice, and visual identity.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and adjusting strategies.
