Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Brand Manager to lead and elevate our brand presence across the residential real estate market in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our business goals, enhance brand visibility, and resonate with our target audience.

You’ll ensure that all marketing assets, campaigns, and deliverables are up-to-date, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time to relevant stakeholders. Responsibilities

Marketing Strategies:

  • Develop and implement brand awareness/consideration marketing strategies to position Knight Frank as a market leader in the UAE residential market.
  • Develop and implement lead generation marketing strategies to generate inbound leads to the agency team.
  • Oversee brand messaging and ensure consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Work closely with the Head of Prime Residential to align marketing efforts with sales goals and collaborate to drive success.
  • Understand the role of different marketing channels and deliver solutions that synchronize with the needs of the residential business.
  • Develop and implement successful digital marketing strategies.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of marketing projects from concept to completion across various service lines.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met for all marketing assets, including websites, email campaigns, social media, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope and budget.
  • Collaborate to ensure alignment and delivery of all assets.
  • Collaborate with the Central Marcomms team for PR, digital, and B2B social delivery of assets.

Marketing Operations:

  • Suggest new ways of working to optimize the team’s time and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively for the business.
  • Continually monitor output, identify potential synergies or initiatives.
  • Champion innovative problem solving and agile project management methodologies to overcome challenges.

Team Coordination:

  • Coordinate and manage the work of internal teams, freelancers, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing deliverables.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the residential team to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues.
  • Monitor team workloads and capacity, reallocating resources when necessary to meet deadlines.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Regularly update the Head of Prime Residential and other stakeholders on project progress, blockers, and performance insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the real estate or professional services sector in the Middle East, and in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, ideally in an entrepreneurial or multi-business environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, for a range of internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms, or project management certifications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on delivering high-quality work for the business.
  • Proactive self-starter with a can-do/go-getter attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of media monitoring software and analytics tools, social media platforms, and other marketing tools/software.
  • Language skills: Fluency in English, written and verbal is a must. Fluency in other languages is advantageous.
