4/5 years of experience in Beauty, Cosmetics, FMCG or any related field. Knowledge of the Middle East market and consumer will be considered as a plus.
Successful track record of managing and executing 360 marketing plans.
Experience in managing marketing A&P budgets independently.
Experience in adapting to challenges fostering a culture of excellence and guiding communications with main stakeholders: regional office, Global brand holder, distribution partners, and retailers.
Dynamic, positive thinking, strong analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills and great presentation skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (high expertise in both Excel and PowerPoint is required).

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Shiseido brand in the Middle East tailored to local market needs and aligned with global brand positioning.
Drive the annual marketing calendar including product launches, trade animations, promotions, and campaigns to maximize brand exposure and revenues.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to adjust marketing plans accordingly.
Develop and implement marketing plans adapted to the different distribution channels where the brand is present: Free Standing Stores, beauty chains, department stores, e-retail, and pure players.
Brand Management:
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications including digital, in-store, and offline channels.
Collaborate with the global brand team to localize global campaigns and ensure the brand message resonates with the Middle Eastern audience.
Product Launches:
Lead and coordinate the successful execution of product launches in the Middle East region.
Work closely with sales teams to provide the necessary marketing support for new product introductions.
Digital Marketing & E-Commerce:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies including social media (local IG account to manage).
Work in collaboration with the PR team on influencer marketing and consumer activations to increase brand awareness and local relevancy.
Drive the performance of the brand across e-retail platforms and the e-commerce platform in collaboration with the e-retail team ensuring alignment with regional digital strategy and local priorities.
Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize the return on investment.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing activities providing regular updates to senior management and HQ.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales, PR, e-commerce, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Build strong relationships with external partners including agencies, distributors, and retailers to enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring continuous development of team members.
Ensure that all team activities are aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the brand.
Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct market research to gather insights into consumer preferences, emerging trends, and competitive activity.
Use data and insights to refine marketing strategies and improve the effectiveness of campaigns.
