Job Summary: The Brand Manager (Marketing) will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and increase customer engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the B2C digital landscape, particularly within the social commerce and video content sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of a tech-driven marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning and Execution:
    1. Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
    2. Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, leveraging video content to drive engagement and sales.
    3. Identify and target key audience segments to maximize reach and impact.
  2. Brand Management:
    1. Build and enhance the brand’s presence in the Saudi Arabian market.
    2. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
    3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and partners to amplify brand visibility.
  3. Digital Marketing:
    1. Lead digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    2. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
    3. Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, focusing on video-centric platforms.
  4. Content Strategy:
    1. Oversee the development and production of high-quality video content that resonates with the target audience.
    2. Collaborate with the content team to create engaging, shoppable video experiences.
    3. Ensure a steady pipeline of fresh and relevant content to maintain audience interest and drive conversions.
  5. Market Research and Analysis:
    1. Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
    2. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
    3. Provide regular reports and insights to the executive team on marketing performance and market dynamics.
  6. Team Leadership:
    1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
    2. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
    3. Manage external agencies and vendors as needed to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in E-commerce marketing and operations management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Extremely proficient and diligent in digital marketing strategies
  • Work experience for a company with at least USD 50M+ of sales through e-commerce
  • Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and finalize deals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English.
