Position: Brand Manager / Luxury Spa Specialist - Skincare Department

Location: Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct visits to Luxury Spas, 5 Star Hotels & Resorts as per the journey plan.
2. Educate spa staff about our premium skincare products and drive sales.
3. Organize and conduct meetings with new B2B spas to generate sales opportunities.
4. Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product line and effectively communicate its features and benefits.
5. Ensure strong organizational skills, multitasking, and prioritization, with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Work independently to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales within the Luxury Spas and Luxury Hotels sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
