Your responsibilities will encompass:

1. Formulating and refining annual brand plans which detail key initiatives, exciting product launches, and dynamic promotional activities.
2. Collaborating with product development teams to ensure the successful introduction of new beauty products.
3. Overseeing the lifecycle of existing products and making astute recommendations for their revitalization or phased discontinuation based on strategic insights.
4. Conducting thorough market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and shifting consumer preferences.
