Job description

We are seeking a strategic and creative Brand Manager to join our client's marketing team.

The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and market share.

This role requires a deep understanding of brand positioning, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve brand objectives, including market share, awareness, and profitability.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive actions, and market opportunities; translate insights into actionable brand strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, sales, and finance, to develop and launch new products that align with the brand's vision and customer needs.
  • Manage the brand's budget, ensuring all marketing activities are delivered within allocated funds.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of all marketing materials and campaigns, ensuring they meet brand standards and communicate the desired message.
  • Monitor and report on brand performance, using metrics such as sales volume, market share, and consumer engagement; adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Serve as the brand's primary spokesperson at public events, in media interviews, and during industry conferences.
  • Foster strong relationships with external partners, including agencies, vendors, and influencers, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting clear goals and expectations and providing regular feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
