Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the development and execution of regional brand strategies, go-to-market communication, and digital campaigns. This role focuses on building strong brands that delight target consumers and deliver outstanding business results. With 5-8 years of experience in aesthetics, beauty, or dermatology marketing, and expertise in digital strategy, you will drive impactful campaigns and elevate brand equity.

Brand Manager Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop an in-depth and thorough understanding of target consumers, consumer portrait, and Consumer Experience framework/funnel for the brand.
  2. Ensure that the Brand Essence governs everything the brand says and does.
  3. Ensure consumer and customer centricity in all brand-related activities.
  4. Ensure efficient, effective, flawless execution of New launches.
  5. Understand the impact of advertising and customer investments on the brand and act upon it.
  6. Manage the development of Big Ideas and Campaign Ideas, HCP, and consumer engagement strategies. Create attractive and rewarding brand experiences across contact points.
  7. Work in partnership with communication agencies and ensure all brand communications contribute to enhancing the company’s and brand(s) reputation.
  8. Drive brand promotional tactics, provide recommendations on pricing and promotional strategy, and select SKUs for key customers.
  9. Lead the development of strong and functionally-aligned brand and commercial plans. Ensure execution of plans; track and monitor impact on brand performance and brand health. Execute local digital/eBusiness strategy in alignment with key local, regional, and global stakeholders.
  10. Support decision-making by providing ongoing data and insights related to brand properties (e.g., websites, social) and industry trends.
  11. Direct consumer interaction through real-time digital channels (CRM, social media platforms, etc.). Own digital asset management.
  12. Regularly track the relevant digital KPIs (including internal and industry benchmarking) to ensure achievement of targets.

Brand Manager Job Requirements:

  1. Higher education in business management and marketing with an excellent track record.
  2. Minimum 5-8 years experience in brand marketing, ideally in medical aesthetics, beauty, or dermatology, industries which may include some years in other functions, e.g., sales, MSL, and event management.
  3. Understanding of key drivers of brand/product P&L and how to action them.
  4. Strategic Planning & Execution.
  5. Budget Management & ROI Optimization.
  6. KOL & Influencer Marketing.
  7. Stakeholder & Agency Management.
  8. Experience in leading product launches or complex renovation projects working with cross-functional teams.
  9. Cross-functional Collaboration.
  10. Strong learning agility.
  11. Project management skills.
  12. Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  13. Good understanding of digital marketing and social media. At least 2-3 years of experience with digital & social marketing tools.
  14. Ability to prioritize and plan effectively.
  15. High problem-solving skills.
  16. Innovation mindset / Ability to think out of the box.
