Job Purpose:

The Brand Executive is responsible for driving brand consistency, ensuring that all visual and written content reflects each school's unique value proposition. This position ensures brand consistency, coordinates multi-channel marketing campaigns, and supports the creation of compelling content. The role involves supporting social media coordination and planning, event planning and coordination, liaising with suppliers and school teams, and providing quality control across all communication channels—digital, print, PR, and offline marketing. The Brand Executive will assist the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing in executing high-impact campaigns, optimizing parent experience initiatives, and generating conversion-driven content in both English and Arabic across the GCC region.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  1. Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and offline platforms.
  2. Manage and coordinate all marketing activities on Monday.com.
  3. Coordinate all marketing activities with schools and ensure timely and accurate brief for Design, Brand and social media team.
  4. Develop and manage content calendars to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives in line with brand guidelines and each individual school’s key messaging house.
  5. Collaborate with school-based experience teams to align marketing efforts with student enrolment goals.
  6. Support the Brand Manager with the analysis and reporting of campaign performance.
  7. Ensure all marketing materials—digital, print, offline, and PR—adhere to brand guidelines.
  8. Conduct regular audits of school branding across websites, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
  9. Provide guidance and corrective measures where inconsistencies are identified.
  10. Proofread and edit press releases, website content, and marketing collateral to ensure messaging clarity and brand alignment in both English and Arabic.
  11. Assist in the coordination and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across emailers, advertorials, PR, and offline content to enhance parent experience and conversions.
  12. Work with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  13. Develop event collateral, signage, and branding.
  14. Support photography and videography scheduling, production, and editing to ensure brand-aligned content.
  15. Assist in drafting and reviewing press releases, ensuring they are compelling, accurate, and aligned with branding guidelines.
  16. Coordinate interviews, and press opportunities with schools alongside the PR agency.
  17. Ensure consistency in communications across all PR and media channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role, preferably in the education sector or an agency.

Technical Skills:

  1. Proven ability to support and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  2. Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing best practices.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  5. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.

Non-Technical Skills:

  1. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Detail-oriented with a proactive and positive approach to managing workload and deadlines.
  3. Flexibility to travel within the UAE and occasionally beyond, as required, for school visits and events.
  4. Valid driver's license and access to a car for transportation to different schools in the UAE.
