We are seeking a talented Brand Designer to join the team of our client, one of the region's largest luxury hospitality groups.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent, high-end brand identity across all touchpoints. You will create premium design assets while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and adapting to evolving luxury market trends.
This is a 12-month contract with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Identity & Design Execution:
- Maintain and evolve the global brand identity, ensuring consistency across multiple properties.
- Develop creative concepts and high-quality design assets for print, digital, packaging, and in-property materials.
- Design bespoke guest experience elements, including menus, VIP amenities, and event branding.
- Create signage, wayfinding, and in-property branded materials that enhance the luxury experience.
Brand Governance & Guidelines:
- Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines while adapting assets for global and regional requirements.
- Update and maintain corporate brand playbooks to reflect evolving luxury and digital trends.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple concurrent projects across various properties, working within the corporate office.
- Handle tight deadlines and complex brand requests with efficiency and precision.
- Deliver high-quality work within fast turnaround times while maintaining brand integrity.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with marketing, guest experience, and digital teams to deliver cohesive branding.
- Coordinate with external agencies, production teams, and regional brand managers to ensure quality execution.
- Provide design expertise and creative solutions for operational and brand-related challenges.
Innovation & Technology in Design:
- Stay updated on luxury brand trends, emerging design technologies, and digital branding advancements.
- Explore AI-driven design tools, interactive branding elements, and digital-first design strategies.
- Integrate technology into brand storytelling, digital experiences, and key brand touchpoints.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in brand design, with a focus on luxury branding (luxury brand internship experience can also be considered).
- Background in hospitality, luxury retail, or high-end lifestyle brands is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume projects efficiently while maintaining brand integrity.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or other digital design tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition tailored to luxury audiences.
- Ability to execute projects quickly while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure design excellence.
- Awareness of luxury brand trends and digital innovations.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Ability to efficiently receive and implement feedback.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and global teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or 30 days after accepting the offer.
