Brand Design Lead

We are the first chain abstraction protocol. Founded in 2021 with the mission to solve increasing fragmentation between rollups and chains.

Over the last 2 years, we've facilitated over $11bn in volumes. We are leveraged by the top protocols & applications in the space like Metamask, Coinbase, Rainbow Wallet, Zapper, Zerion, OpenSea, Aevo, Matcha & more.

We are looking for a Brand & Design Lead to elevate our brand and presence.

Role & Responsibilities

• Define and lead our brand and visual identity to create a cohesive aesthetic that resonates with Web3 communities.
• Collaborate with product marketing and community teams to ensure consistent branding across web, product, print, and social media.
• Craft our story through a foundational brand voice and compelling visual design.
• Manage end-to-end brand and marketing projects including product launches and campaigns.
• Create graphics & visuals to amplify storytelling on digital platforms.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into relatable, visually striking designs.
• Stay updated with crypto and digital design trends to bring fresh ideas to our branding efforts.
• Shape how we are perceived across the Web3 ecosystem, building a brand that inspires trust and innovation.

Required Experience

• Passionate about the Web3 industry, its culture, aesthetics, and brands.
• Experience designing for Web3 projects or ecosystems is a must.
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end design processes for brand and marketing launches, including significant contributions to design guidelines and systems.
• 5 years of experience in visual and brand design with a proven track record in creating brand and marketing assets.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Skilled in simplifying and effectively communicating technical or complex concepts through innovative design solutions.
• Proactive and self-directed, thriving independently in dynamic work environments while taking full ownership of projects.
• Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective teamwork and collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Proficiency in Webflow is a plus.
• Familiarity with motion design tools such as After Effects or Blender is preferred.

Interview Process

1. Hiring Manager Interview: This is a call with one of the co-founders covering background and culture.
2. Take Home Test
3. Group Interview: Discussing the take home with team members.
4. Final Interview: Final call with the other co-founder; this is a final vibe check for both sides.
