Brand And PR Manager

Role Description

1. Plan and execute public relations programs, press releases, press conferences and events.
2. Manage and drive key individuals publicly representing the organization by setting up protocols, SOPs and scope of work.
3. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and reputation.
4. Review marketing material and social media content to ensure they are well aligned with our overall PR strategy and guidelines.
5. Evaluate ongoing opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships.
6. Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends.
7. Ability to overlook and plan crisis manuals and communication protocols.
8. Plan budgets for PR events.

Skills Required

1. Excellent communication and writing skills in ENG and AR and proofreading of press material.
2. Robust relationship building/management skills.
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.
4. Highly motivated and self-driven.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably Marketing.
2. Minimum of 3-4 years work experience as a PR Manager in the UAE.
3. Worked and managed PR Agencies and their workloads – prioritizing their weekly work in progress.
4. Strong direct relationships with media outlets and newspaper editors or key personnel.
