The Impact You'll Make

Leads digital marketing activations and translates content to digital audiences & channels


Executes digital campaigns E2E across all digital media channels, including social media, Influencer & Display


Measures and reports performance of all digital metrics, and assess against business & marketing KPI's (ROI)


Optimizes digital campaigns in real-time through media agencies by managing performance tracking, evaluation & learning logs


Collaborates with cross functional teams and stakeholders at global, regional, and local level to implement effective media strategy for each product category across global media platforms for Middle East and Africa region to contribute to the growth of brand preference and market shares


Coordinates creation of the best-in-class holistic digital media plans that leverage data and insights as well as media best practices


Ensures excellence in media strategy execution for full funnel end to end campaign (brand and performance)


Monitors, optimizes and evaluates media campaigns in close cooperation with media agency


Supports to develop content in line with key digital platforms specifics and the best practices



About The Role

We are looking for our new digital marketeer to our growing Digital hub with a position based in UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strong media plans driving business results in collaboration with our agency partners. You will drive, optimize, and analyse channel-wide and channel-specific digital marketing campaigns as part of our Digital Hub team. Additionally, you will provide end-to-end digital activation support to markets ensuring seamless implementation. You are a part of The Digital Hub team for Middle East and Africa that is in charge of the activation of our campaign. You work closely with the Marketing teams on Philips brand in Domestic Appliances category.


The Skills And Knowledge You'll Bring

Minimum Bachelors (or local equivalent) degree; preferably in Marketing, Business Administration and/or Digital Marketing


5 to 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Media planning in top media agency or global and/or big local brands


Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing and Digital Optimization


Proven track record in executing well performing full funnel media campaigns and media budget management


Fluency in both English and Arabic is a must for this role


Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment


Strong interpersonal skills, listening skills, and an articulate presenter


Can simultaneously manage multiple projects and requests in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with ownership


A get-it-done attitude, an eye for detail, and top-notch problem-solving skills are essential for this position
