Brand Ambassador

The role of the brand ambassador is to handle clients' enquiries received through different channels (phone, email, social media, and chat).

Qualifications

1. Fluent, both verbal and written, in English and Arabic.
2. 2-3 years prior work experience as a sales representative or in customer service (e.g., top 5-star hotels, top high-end department stores, private jets/yachts).
3. Ideally, a background in the timepiece and jewelry industry, and/or in the luxury industry.
