Branch Supervisor

Location: 1 Position in Dubai, 1 Position in Al Ain

Salary Range: AED 3,500 – 5,000 per month

Industry: Food & Beverage (F&B)

We are hiring experienced and proactive Branch Supervisors to lead daily operations at our branches in Dubai and Al Ain. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service within the F&B industry.

1. Oversee all branch operations including staff management, inventory, and customer service.
2. Ensure smooth functioning of the outlet while maintaining high-quality service standards.
3. Lead, train, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
4. Manage daily sales, reporting, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
5. Coordinate with central teams for procurement, marketing, and logistics support.
6. Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
7. Maintain hygiene and safety standards in line with company and regulatory requirements.

1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
2. Mandatory experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry.
3. Language Requirement: Arabic & English (both)
4. Currently based in the UAE.
5. Must be able to join immediately – candidates with no notice period will be considered.
6. Strong communication and leadership skills.
7. Good knowledge of branch operations and team supervision.
