Branch Sales Executive - East Coast Area (Outsource Role)

Role Purpose:
To source Personal Finance Applications from the local market, ensuring that sourcing of business adheres to ADIB's permitted policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities of the Role

  1. Main Responsibilities
    • To source New to Bank Personal Finance, Covered Cards, Auto & Takaful products to the specified target segment and achieve or exceed the assigned target.
    • To prepare & maintain DSR (Daily Sales Report) for all visited customers & company visits.
    • Create and maintain good relationships with all business entities/individuals where business is sourced.
    • To visit potential companies/institutions to finalize business deals within the targeted turnaround time based on ADIB policy & procedure and provide feedback to RSS.
    • Maintain full awareness of product knowledge and implement them at all times.
    • Deliver timely and prompt service to customers.
    • Adhere to stipulated office timing, follow secrecy norms, maintain data confidentiality & be presentable.
    • Submit DSR to the respective Branch Manager by end of day with complete details. Non-compliance will be escalated.
  2. Regular / Occasional Responsibilities
    • Prepare and review Standard Credit Applications, ensuring all provided information is accurate and authenticity of critical documents prior to sending to PU for processing.
    • Ensure that all submitted applications are error-free and rectify any errors.
    • Follow the approval process and escalate delays to BM/OSM, if any.
    • Execute Murabaha contracts with customers representing ADIB and prepare the file as per the checklist, forwarding card allocation for issuance through coordinators within 24 hours of completing signing formalities.
    • Check finance disbursement and notify the BM/OSM in case of delay.
    • Maintain good rapport with inter-department/peers to ensure smooth business flow.
    • Participate in activities assigned by your BM/OSM/line manager during promotions.
    • Initiate cross-sell of other banking products on a best-efforts basis when required.
    • Escalate customer complaints to the supervisor level immediately, if any.

Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this Role:

  • Broad knowledge of ADIB's PF and other RBG products & services.
  • Fair knowledge of service standards, sales skills, and computer skills.
  • Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks.
  • Thorough knowledge of all regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
  • General awareness of competitors in the local market.
