Branch Sales Executive

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Branch Sales Executive to join our dynamic banking team in the UAE. This role is pivotal in fostering strong customer relationships, promoting our banking products and services, and driving sales growth within the branch. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for finance and customer service, equipped with the skills to exceed targets and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Actively engage with customers to identify their financial needs and promote suitable banking products and services.
2. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch's profitability.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed of local trends and customer preferences.
5. Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or concerns faced by clients promptly and effectively.
6. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and integrated banking services.
7. Participate in branch promotional activities and community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
4. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals and objectives.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
6. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
7. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:

AED 5,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. Additional benefits: Incentives
