Job Purpose: The Branch Manager for a Freight Forwarding branch office is responsible for overseeing and managing all operational and administrative aspects of the branch. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of freight forwarding operations, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
The Branch Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient operations within the branch.

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Relevant professional certifications are a plus.
EXPERIENCE
Proven track record and recent experience (7+ years) in freight forwarding, logistics or a similar industry with a solid understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations and transportation logistics is a must. Minimum of 5 years experience in Sales
Definite asset:
At least 3 years of experience in managing a branch office
