About the Role:

New opening for light Commercial HVAC Tech positions. This is an early to mid-career experienced HVAC position for commercial service work. Perfect for a team player who can work individually in the field or on a team. Come join a stable and growing company in Hooksett.

• This is a full-time position with optional overtime.
• On call - 1 X 4 weeks on average, dispatched from home local travel, NO overnight.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced Commercial HVAC Service Tech needed to troubleshoot & repair Commercial Heating and Cooling systems.
• Providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting, problem-solving, diagnosing, and making replacement recommendations for refrigeration and heating systems. VRF experience is a plus.
• Maintaining a service schedule and checking safety & limit controls.
• Performing PM & repair and assisting in change outs of Commercial Rooftop packages ranging from 25-200 Tons and split systems.
• Troubleshooting and maintaining package units, air handlers, cooling towers, control systems, boilers, hot water tanks, and exhaust systems.

Requirements:

• Low voltage electrical wiring.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs.
• Must have hand tools.
• 3+ years experience working with commercial HVAC systems and/or basic refrigeration.
• Universal EPA certification preferred; 608 NH Gas fitters license.
• Clean driving record.
