Branch Manager - Cafe

We are hiring a Branch Manager for a well-known Cafe in Dubai.

Branch Manager - (Restaurant or Cafe experience mandatory)

1. Minimum 3 years experience in Restaurant or Cafe.
2. Must have experience in leading and managing restaurants.
3. Recruiting, training and supervising staff.
4. Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
5. Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
6. Experience in managing operation budgets.
7. Planning menus.
8. Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines.
9. Promoting and marketing the business.
10. Overseeing the general operation in kitchen, restaurant floors, and stores.
11. Providing training to customer service staff.
12. Looking after customers and their needs.
13. Ordering supplies.
