Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Direct all operational aspects including Delivery, client service, human resources, administration, and sales.

Bring out the best of branch’s personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
Responsible for handling Branch Profit and Loss account.
Maintain cordial relationship with active and passive clients.
Implement business development actions (active proposals, telephone contacts, negotiations, and proposals), acquisition visits, and retention actions.
Promote cross-selling and up-selling actions.
Draw up business proposals.
Responsible for the budget, business reports, economic results (profitability and productivity) of the branch office.
Set and communicate business priorities, distribute the workload, ensure the correct fulfilment of the internal procedures of the branch office, verify the good performance of the branch office, handle relations with the Operations/BL Head office, and supervise the entry phase of newly appointed colleagues.
