Job description

As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for clients. Your role is to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and luxury retail etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Service:
    Greet and welcome customers warmly.
    Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
    Offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and trends.
    Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude.
    Achieve individual and store sales targets.
    Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue.
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
    Assist in creating and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    Maintain deep knowledge of the brand's history, values, and products.
    Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends.
    Educate customers about product care and maintenance.
  3. Store Operations:
    Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and restocking.
    Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
    Participate in store events, promotions, and sales activities.
  4. Clienteling:
    Develop and manage a personal client book.
    Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, special orders, and promotions.
    Invite VIP clients to exclusive events and private shopping sessions.

Qualifications:

  1. Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end customer service environment.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
  4. Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and the brand.
  5. Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian) is a plus.
  6. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Knowledge of Dubai's luxury retail market is an advantage.
