As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador for the brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for clients. Your role is to meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and luxury retail etiquette.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Greet and welcome customers warmly. Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Offer expert advice on product selection, styling, and trends. Handle customer queries and complaints with a positive attitude. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Assist in creating and maintaining visual merchandising displays.
Product Knowledge: Maintain deep knowledge of the brand's history, values, and products. Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and fashion trends. Educate customers about product care and maintenance.
Store Operations: Assist in inventory management, including stock counting and restocking. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Participate in store events, promotions, and sales activities.
Clienteling: Develop and manage a personal client book. Follow up with clients regarding new arrivals, special orders, and promotions. Invite VIP clients to exclusive events and private shopping sessions.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar high-end customer service environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales skills with a customer-focused approach.
Passion for fashion, luxury goods, and the brand.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages (Arabic, Russian) is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Knowledge of Dubai's luxury retail market is an advantage.
