Boring Machine Operator

Micah Solutions FZE is looking for a skilled Boring Machine Operator to join our client's manufacturing team. As a Boring Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating boring machines to create precise openings in various materials. Your expertise will ensure the production of high-quality components that meet engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up boring machines according to specifications and blueprints
• Operate boring machines to produce accurate holes and openings as required
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
• Inspect finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with boring machines
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Document production output and maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Boring Machine Operator or in a similar machine operation role
• Strong mechanical skills and understanding of machining processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machinery effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with numerical control (NC) or computer numerical control (CNC) machines
• Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment

Benefits:
